Bulutoğluları “you are everything for us”

The Mayor of Nicosia Turkish Municipality Cemal Bulutoğluları had lunch with the senior citizens at the visit to Karpaz with NTM’s European Services for the Senior Citizens. Within the framework of  “Autumn Trips” the senior citizens had the chance to visit Karpaz. They had lunch with the NTM Mayor at the Nitovikla Garden Hotel in Kumyalı. Bulutoğluları took a close interest in the senior citizens at the lunch and listen to their problems. Bulutoğluları stated that “you are everything for us” and the reason of these trips is to make a difference within the daily life and give morale and motivation to the senior citizens.

Highlighting the importance of Eco-tourism,  Bulutoğluları thanked the Director of Nitovikla Garden Hotel, Zekai Altan for protecting our culture and for prioritising our local food in his hotel. The director of Nitovikla Garden Hotel, Zekai Altan informed the Mayor Bulutoğluları and the senior citizens about the historical structure of the hotel. The senior citizens expressed their appreciation for these kind of activities that the NTM often realizes. 

The senior citizens and the Mayor Bulutoğluları had a great time with the songs of Küçük Aysel, who is a vocal artist and also a member of the European Services for senior citizens department.  The tours will continue until Friday, 4th November and Işık, Ercüment, Mustafa Gürsoy, Ecem, Halil Cemender and  Mustafa İncirlili will perform without demanding any money.
